This has been corrected in Errata on Darrington Press’s end of things, with the SRD removing the Cumbersome feature and changing the damage to 1d8+3 phy. Demiplane hasn’t made this change yet, but tbh Darrington Press still hasn’t changed it in it’s official errata document or in it’s free download equipment list.
