Was making a character and went to put both Material and Upgrade mod on leather armor. Material did as it was supposed to but as soon as the Upgrade Mod was also slotted it jumped Physical and Energy DR up into the 30’s
Can I get a link to the character this happened on? It will help me replicate the issue.
