Add "Status Bonus" in Conditions & Active Effects list

May I ask that a configurable “Status Bonus” be added under Conditions & Active Effects list please. e.g. the bard in the party uses Courageous Anthem, the bonuses can be added via this Status Bonus entry on the character sheet. Allowance for negative values in this list item could be helpful too. Thank you!

Thanks for the request. I’ve got it documented so that we can investigate further.

This area is really interesting because I just noticed it thanks to this post. I’d like to add a few other things that might be helpful improvements here:

  • Some way to stack conditions. For example, right now you cannot set your self to Frightened 2 because you can only select or unselect a condition which will give you Frightened 1 and take that away.
  • Some way to remove a status directly from the character sheet, some conditions come and go rather quickly and a little X that just let’s you remove something rather than having to dig into the full list to unselect it would be helpful.
  • As DirtyBoots said, some sort of UI to add a configurable status would be great for buffs. This is probably even more important than having the debuffs/conditions as players tend to try to actively remove debuffs to themselves more often than GMs try to remove buffs from players, but maybe that’s just the groups I play with.

It’s interesting to me how almost all debuffs in PF2E have a clearly named and defined condition like frightened, but buffs tend to be free form test in a spell or ability description.

Hi jvm, you can indeed increase condition values. We found that when you add Frightened, in the side pop up menu you can increment its value up and down as needed. Having a small “x” on the main sheet is a great idea. A small quality of life feature, but would be a welcome addition!

Ahhh, thanks @DirtyBoots! I didn’t think to look back to the top of the sidebar after adding the condition.
