My witch took the alchemist dedication feat at 9th level. It gave me the versatile vials under skills and actions, but no formula book. I thought I saw a post about that (spellbook and formula book on one character), but can’t find it. Is this a known issue?

There should be a new tab called Alchemy with an option to select Formula Book right under the Skills & Actions tab. Clicking Formula Book will bring up a sidebar that lets you add formulas.
I think if you click the gear icon (to the right of Notes) you can toggle on the Alchemy tab…
