Hi - When the Alien character tools are implemented do I need a sub to use them or is that part of owning the alien sourcebook on demiplane?

No word on when yet, but I can confirm that you will not need to purchase a Demiplane membership in order to use the character tools. You’ll be able to access any of the options from the books you own. The membership allows you to share your content and lets you have as many characters in your account as you want.
