Alien content on droid vs iphone - Droid is unreadable

I got a sub and shared content with a friend. He has a galaxy a14 and me an iphone 14pro.
On the A14 its unreadable vs the iphone looking fine. Is this a known issue? I don’t know much about droids so maybe there is a setting somewhere that could help?
