I have a discipline of 6 and all of the singer forms but it would let me take the ambitious mind talent.

Could you please provide a link to the character?
Make sure that it’s set to share. You can do that by clicking on the character name or icon on the sheet, which opens the management drawer. Then scroll down to the sharing settings, and set the dropdown to anyone with a link. Then drop the link here for us to see where the issue is.

Looks like your character has only 2 ranks in discipline. The prerequisites are not your total score, but the number of ranks you have in the skill. Your character will need 3 ranks to qualify for Ambitious Mind. If you swap your increase to either Heavy Weapons or Stealth at level 6 to instead go to Discipline, you’ll qualify for the talent.
