It’s been over a week of back and forth emails with the support desk and I still don’t have access to my GenCon purchase of the Secret Wars Expansion for the Marvel Multiverse nexus.
I redeemed the code and it said it went through, but no access. I got a message that said it went through but was the bundle of the core book and expansion but I don’t see that as a product so maybe that’s the issue.
Anyone else having this issue?
Hello @007GM - Can you share a screenshot of what your library page looks like on the Marvel Multiverse Nexus? I’m looking to see what the button looks like on these two titles in particular (Core Rulebook, Secret Wars Expansion):
That seems correct as Secret Wars isn’t until August 18
I purchased it at GenCon for early access just like Avengers Expansion last year. Other replies from Support via email have confirmed I should have access now and that this is a technical issue.
Hi 007GM - everything is set here. Marvel’s Secret Wars title doesn’t release until August 18th (and it is correctly in the PreOrder status).
