Ardande and Talos heritage bug

I was trying to make a dwarf kineticist with the Talos heritage and the character builder does show that heritage as an option, but won’t allow me to select that heritage.

This bug is clearly connected to the newly released Rage of Elements.
I tried to choose the Ardande heritage but got the same result.

Level 1 ancestry feats seem to be working.
But, the level 5 ancestry feats are unfortunately not showing up

I’ve been told that these should all be available in the builder now.
