This is an interesting bug.
In Section A-C of the Bestiary 1, the page up key takes you all the way near to the top. For me, it take me to the start of the Axiomite entry. I can be anywhere in the A-C section, and one press of page up takes me all the way back there, instead of going back one page.
Not seeing this behavior in the other sections I looked at.
Interesting - I’m not able to replicate that. Which browser are you using?
This is with Google Chrome running on Windows 10.
Looking into it a little further, if I select a section using the TOC on the left, it jumps there. To then use the page up or down for the section, I have to mouse click in the page to the right of the TOC. If I page down from there and then hit page up, it takes me to the section I had selected in the TOC.
Another update.
After I rebooted Chrome due to an update, the problem has gone away.
Previously, I had closed the tab and started up from a new tab, and still saw the problem, but after a complete restart of Chrome, it is gone.
So an odd bug that I can not reproduce.
Strange indeed - let us know if it comes back!
