Bug: Character sheets not saving or straight up deleting when open through roll20

Me and my friends are playing daggerheart on roll20 with the character sheets linked through demiplane, but two of my friends started having some issues since last month. (We only play once per 2 weeks so we don’t know how often this problem really occurs)
One of my players’s character sheet deletes itself when they open it, and only when they open it. When I open the sheet it works just fine (until of course it gets deleted, then even I don’t have access to it)
While the other player’s edits to the character sheet (marked stats, added items, custom and from library alike) don’t save for them.
There are also two other players in this campaign but they have no issues with their characters.
All the characters are made on free accounts with the resources shared by me who bought the book and has premium account.
All the characters are in a campaign that I created and everyone has access to see the other players character sheet while I also have the option to edit them.

Is this a known bug? Does someone know how to fix this?

It might be helpful to know what OS and browsers everyone is using. Are the two players with issues using a different browser or OS from the rest of you? Are the characters getting deleted from Demiplane as well as the Roll20 link? Are the players logged into their Demiplane account on the same browser at the same time they are logged into Roll20?

We are all using Windows eleven, 3 of us are using google chrome for running the games while the person whose character keeps geting deleted uses Brave, but said that she will change to chrome to see if the issues comes from using that browser.
The character gets deleted on roll20 and demiplane as well. All the players are logged to demiplane and roll20 on the same browser, as well as on a different browser me on opera, friend who has no issues on brave and the friend whose character sheet doesn’t save on firefox. The person whose character gets deleted doesn’t have a seperate browser

Losing access to character sheets is something we take incredibly seriously. Since this is such a serious issue I’d like to ask that you reach out directly to our support team. They’ll want to know all of the information you provided here and if you’re able to do so providing a link to one of the character sheets that’s deleted itself will help as well.
