Bug: Sometimes, transformation modifier disappears

I have a character with access to the Transformation skill via a fabrial. When I had no ranks in the Transformation skill, everything worked correctly. But after I took a rank in Transformation, the modifier disappeared:

It’s also missing in the skill list.

Oddly, it sometimes shows up correctly if I reload the page. And if I remove the skill ranks, it consistently works. So that’s weird.

I’m seeing this in Safari 26.0. (Yes, the beta. So maybe this is a beta issue.)

Great catch. I wanted to see if it occurred with the other surges, so I made a copy of your character. However I couldn’t replicate the issue on Chrome 140.0.7339.81.

I hadn’t thought to include my browser in my reports, great point. You’ve inspired me to report some Fabrial issues I’ve found, so I’ll include it in my reports

Edit: I’ve been able to replicate the issue! It might be a coincidence but for me it occurred when the modified Surge Skill matched my Willpower attribute. It’s like the algorithm didn’t know which to choose when they were equal, so it chose neither.

Thanks for the report, I haven’t been able to replicate this on my end but I’ve got a ticket filed so that we can investigate a bit further.
