Bug: Surge Fabrial issues

Hi team,

This is a multi-issue report related to the same mechanic, the Surge Fabrial, a experienced by my Talani.

Reference:

a) On lvl up:

i. Base Surge Talents can be selected but are labelled “UNMET PREREQUS” & coloured red
ii. The Surge Talent tree doesn’t unlock beyond 1st tier Talents
iii. Fabrial gained Surge Talents are included as Ancestry Bonus Talents. Not even Singers are that cool

b) Surge Infusions:

i) The Infuse Self buttons can’t be switched on
ii) I can’t add custom Infusions & the “Investiture” box doesn’t accept numbers >0
