On the demiplane character sheet
The regeneration (that everyone with the first ideal under stormlight actions gets ) is auto updated to Swift Regeneration if you get that from the progression surge. 
but the writing doesn’t update or change.
(Continues to state the original Regen dice even though the dice are changed)
The writing in Swift regeneration on the character sheet is incorrect stating normal regeneration (but the link if you click it displays the correct Swift info.)
Confused me for a while.
