When equipped, the tier 4 (Legendary) Round Shield applies its 4 armor slots twice. I have confirmed this with 3 different characters.
The tier 3 Round shield does not have this issue.
Interesting, I think I see what’s causing it but I’ve got it documented so the rest of the team can see about getting it fixed. Thanks for the report!
