I believe the discrepancy there is caused by the Players Guides which come with the purchase of the corresponding Adventure Path, but aren’t actually a distinct title (ie. you can’t purchase them separately; they come with the AP), and so the Bundle might be counting them while you cannot actually add them to your cart for individual purchase since they’re tied to the AP.
