Can I share unlocked resources with my players

I am looking at picking up the Alien Role Playing Game on Demiplane but I would like to know before I buy if I can share resources (like character options in the character builder) with my players?

Would I and each player need to buy the core book to unlock these options?

You can, but you need to subscribe. You can share purchased content with 24 people with a subscription I believe.
