Hi, would Ram and Smash give me x6 Damage, or just x3 Damage?

Hi razor.spo! This is what the rules have to say on damage multiplier stacking:
Things that grant bonuses to damage multipliers do not stack . This means that they do not add together. If you have two or more multipliers that could apply in a situation, the largest one takes effect, and the others do not.
So unless something specifically says that it does stack, you don’t stack these effects.

More importantly, Ram grants you a close attack as a reaction after moving twice. Smash is a power that requires a standard action. They can not be combined. You can only make a simple Melee Close attack with Ram. You can not use any powers that require a standard action or reaction. Other powers that are concentration or permanent that add to your close attacks would still apply, like Anger or Blazing Fast Fists.
I believe you are incorrect:
Attack:
For a close attack, the target must be within the attacker’s reach. For average-sized characters, that’s 1 space. The attacker makes a Melee check against their target’s Melee defense. If the attack succeeds, it inflicts the attacker’s Melee damage on the target, including the effects of any weapons or powers used. On a Fantastic success, double the damage.
and combining that with Ram:
Ram:
Trigger: The character moves their full speed in a straight line toward a target and then uses their standard action for additional movement to move right up to the target.
Effect: The character can now use their reaction to make a close attack against the enemy they moved up to. If the attack is a success, the character takes regular damage from the impact, and the enemy takes double damage. If the attack is a Fantastic success, the character takes regular damage still, but the enemy takes triple damage instead and is knocked prone.
… so, I believe you can use Smash, if the character has Lightning Actions. The Smash damage would get x3 
No, because by that logic, I could always chain all my close attack powers and ranged attack powers. I could Smash, Fast Attacks, Focused Attack, and Furious Attack all for the cost of one action and some focus. They all make close attacks. Think of Ram as a free Basic Power that everyone gets. Using Smash uses the Use a Power action not the basic Attack action. Ram grants a basic close attack, not a Use a Power action.
A person with Lightning actions could Ram for double damage, then with their separate, extra action, Smash for normal damage plus the bonus after they get there. But they still can not combine them. Once your Ram reaction is done, that bonus is over.
