Hey, i have a question about Phase self power.
can i attack an enemy with Telekinesis or Elemental burst, while having Phase self active ?
Rules as written, no. You can’t affect the physical world at all. Allowing a character to do that would be overpowered, since they could define almost any power as magic and use it while phased. They could perform any attack while being impervious to almost everything.
