I’ve always been saddened by the lack of canid folk races canonically represented in RPGs. There’s always cat, but no dog. (I love cats, but us dog lovers want some acknowledgement too!) I’d take any canid race, be it wolf or dog or fox. Please add some kind of dog!
I think that’s a fair thing to ask for, considering we have several other animal versions (Katari, Firbolg, etc) and I think you should direct it to the player/gm playtest survey at www.daggerheart.com and give them that feedback! (For now I would go for a hybrid ancestry or flavor the Katari or another race to alter appearance for flavor.)
