Cannot add insulated lining to vault jumpsuit

Like the title says. Vault jumpsuit’s only mod is insulated linings but they are not a choice to add as a mod to a jumpsuit

Thanks for the report. I’ve got a ticket filed to look at why the available mods for the vault jumpsuit aren’t showing up as options.
