Cannot purchase new content and sharing issue

I’ve tried purchasing the Harrow Deck and Strength of Thousands AP in the same basket. Every time, I get the following error:

Purchase failed. Please try again.

I’ve tried through Safari and Chrome. I tried purchasing only the Harrow Deck and it went through just now on Safari. I then tried to purchase the 6 modules for Strength of Thousands and it gave me the error again, so perhaps I can order them, but have to do it one at a time? What’s going wrong?

Also, on my share list, I have an old email address that I cannot remove. Every time I try to remove it, I also get an error…
