Cannot see purchase

I recently purchased Troubles in Otari on the Pathfinder Nexus store (twice, apparently, because i thought i didn’t do it right the first time).
The payment had been taken and i was told the details would be emailed to me. So far i have not gotten a confirmation email, or the product as it still has the locked symbol and wants me to buy it again when i click on it.
The charges have been applied to my credit card though.
Who can i contact to correct this?
