Hi, I am trying to select a perk from a magazine during level up (Talk Yourself Sober) but it is grayed out and cannot be selected even if I turn off requirements restrictions. According to rules once used it can be permanently selected during next level up.
Is it a bug or am I missing something here?
Can I get a link to that character sheet this is happening on?
