Trying to buy a book, whether singly or in a bundle, fails consistently in both browsers that I have tried (Safari and Chrome).
Added a book to cart from the Vampire character creation system to try to unlock a feature. Opening the shopping cart pane shunts me to an “Oops! Something went wrong” page. Only options are “Refresh Page” or “Try Again”. Both of those buttons seem to do the same thing: send me back to the previous page. Opening the shopping cart pane repeatedly shows me the same error.
Went to the Library to try to buy the book from there. Saw there was a bundle on sale. Tried to add the bundle to cart instead. “Oops! Something went wrong” happened again. When I expand the error code, it says: “TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘D.enable().catch’)”.
Tried to buy the bundle on Chrome instead. Same problem, except the expanded error is: “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘catch’)”.
Please let me give you my money…?
Also it’s weird that this forum is the only way I can find to report this problem?
