When I select Psychic as an archetype in the character creator it gives me the option to choose a conscious mind. I opted to choose the Unbound Step option because the phase bolt amp is perfect for my character idea, yet there is no option to select it despite the description listing it as an option. It only shows Warp Step.
I am part of a dnd group who uses a content sharing system so I should have access to the Dark Archive content as it is one that we have purchased.
