Why can’t I change the avatar pictures on the demiplane DH character sheets? Anytime I want to change avatars, I receive “error updating character avatar”
I just tested it and it worked for me. Maybe the image you used was too large? Are you using a JPG or PNG file? Does the error say anything else, like my image below?
No, I tried using a smaller image - but does have to be the 120x120?
In the character builder I get this error instead:
Thanks for the report. I’m not sure why this is happening but I’ve passed it along to our dev team so that we can look into why you’re not able to update that image.

Can you share the image here, so others can check it?
In talking with my dev team about this we’d like to get a link to your character sheet as well as the image that you’re trying to upload. Both of those things will help us narrow down exactly what’s going on here.
I’m also having this issue with multiple DH sheets and images.
I just uploaded the image to my test character. It worked fine on Chrome and on Firefox.
Thats really weird. I’ve tried on chrome and safari including different character sheets and still have the issue. I may need to try a different computer.
Maybe something to do with MacOS? I assume you’re on a Mac?
