Hi, just excitedly got Daggerheart on Demiplane so I can run a roll20 campaign. While testing it out before inviting my group, I noticed when selecting the class on character builder that nothing showed up, just a blank frame and background. I had a google and cleared my cache, still not working. I tried it in chrome and it appears to work, but i generally use Firefox when running roll20 (and for most things) so would rather use that. Any help on resolving this would be amazing, cheers in advance.
Hey jameshamiltron, welcome to the community. I’m glad to hear you just picked up Daggerheart! Sorry for the trouble you’re having though. I tested on my end and wasn’t able to replicate the issue with Firefox. What I’d recommend would be to disable any addons or extensions you might be using and then try again. You can also try in incognito mode to see if it works that way.
If the problem persists after this the next thing I’d recommend would be to reach out to our support team directly and include a copy of your console log from where it’s not working correctly.
Still had the same issues without extensions, but discovered that I could make the character in chrome then use Firefox for demiplane and roll20 and the integration with the character worked fine so I’m all good, thank you for your response!
