Character Builder sometimes forgets to save?

When I finish building a character, everything looks fine but when I come back later to rank them up or edit them, they load with a completely blank sheet. No Ability Scores, no Biography, no Traits & Tags, and no Powers & Weapons. It sometimes saves properly, but if it does save, it seems to only keep the very first version and none of the updates afterward.

P.S. For Iconic Items, please add Power Prerequisites to numbered powers.
