I have a character who regularly has her character sheet lose all her equipment, delete her level choices in the character builder, and also lose access to her character actions. the only thing I’ve seen a person have go wrong even like this is another PC has her character de-level every time she opens her sheet. do we have any idea how to address this? Or possibly have any way to find a back log of her character sheet with the changes restored?
Hi Chad - This certainly should not be happening. I would have the player submit a support ticket with a share link for the character and the brief explanation you’ve shared here. We’ll take a look at the specific character and see what’s happening.
