Two people in my group in cosmere now have a problem where any time they attempt to edit their character sheet in any way it will simply tell them “Something went wrong, please try again” It gives them no aditional notes on why but whenever this happens the edit doesnt save at all. this is a ridiculous problem to have when roll20 doesnt allow any other character sheets other then yours for this game.
Hey there. That sounds extremely frustrating to deal with especially when it’s happening to more than one player.

Two things:
- Can you (and affected players) log out and log back in to Demiplane and try making a change on your character sheet?
- If that does not work, can you pop us a link to those character sheets so I can send them to my DemiDevs to look into?

This is one of the character sheets.
This is over the course of 3 computers and several months between these problems. It first happened around december and he just exported a pdf and fixed it on that instead.
The Character sheet i sent you is a new character for a differnt person not linked to the roll20 yet
I just tried it on the first character sheet that we abandoned and the data seems to be sticking but soemtimes it would stay for a few hours before the problem showed up again so who knows

For your player who had trouble in December, we are glad they found a workaround to print. Around then, we did have a save issue but that has gotten fixed since then. While that doesn’t fix the past challenge, there is a fix executed for that timeframe.
