Class (Sorcerer) & Bloodline "locked"

I build a sorcerer and wanted to change Bloodline. I couldn’t, so I tried changing class to “reset” stuff.
I couldn’t change class unless I reload the whole page.

Even after changing class, saving the character and going back to Sorcerer, I can’t change the Bloodline at all, the previous option is still selected and pressing “remove” does nothing.
