Contacting users

Hi, long time user.

I opened up a new Demiplane and some users are interested in joining. It used to be that if I clicked the notification, it would allow me to look at their profile and could contact them. When I do that now, it brings me to the Demiplane without any option to contact anyone. In fact, nothing shows up at all.

This happened with one player who was interested and reached out recently. However, I did see another interested player & their profile appears in the “My Party” window. When I click on their profile to contact them, it shows their account is private & I can’t do anything.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to click on any interested players in the lobby and message them, but I’m not 100% sure which part of the process you’re referring to.
