Page 47 of Core Rulebook: “When you use a tagged skill, each d20 that rolls equal or under the skill rank is a critical success, scoring two successes instead of 1.”
Currently, these are only calculating as 1 success in the die roller.
ONLY the Skill not Skill + Ability.
The example you shared looks accurate, unless your Repair is 7+.
I tested with Small Guns + AGI and it worked for me.

As an 11 was a fail, his skill has to be 3 or less.
I sympathize with people who mix this up. I went 2 whole weeks when I first read the CRB thinking exactly this. It was the dice roller here that made me question my sanity and reread the whole book.
