Now that the NPC tab is live for MM Campaigns, how do you create NPCs other than importing existing ones? There doesn’t seem to be means of converting existing (created) characters to NPCs.
Is there something I’m missing?

There’s not currently a method to convert characters to NPCs. Right now the primary use of the NPCs tab is to store existing NPCs that you plan to use and to have a way to easily keep NPCs that you’ve edited.
That makes sense! I was wondering about that myself. I’m hoping that’s on the roadmap, as it will be a very useful tool for my table once it has custom capabilities.
