being able permanently remove stats like Hope and HP slots when something happens to our characters
idea at the bottom
for example my char died and came back with one eye missing and I lost one perm hope

FYI You can already do this for HP and Stress, by clicking on section to open up the side tab, then clicking the pencil icon next to “Hit Points and Stress”. You can override the Max slots for both stats.
I don’t think you can do this for Hope, so I would second this as a desired feature, given the Scar mechanic is a core part of the game.
Both of these should already be possible.
As stated, if you click on the HP, in the drawer that opens, click the edit icon at the top right, and give yourself a negative value.
as for hope, you can click hope to open the hope drawer, and give yourself scars, which reduce max hope
