DemiPlane membership canceled and renewed once again

Same thing happened this month as last month… :pleading_face:

I get an email saying my membership is renewed, at the same time I get one saying “payment failed” and one saying “Membership cancelled”. The payment method is fine but this has now happened twice. It’s a great hinderance as I lose characters, and my players acces to the sources is denied. Should I just cancel my membership till we’re out of Beta? I would hate to do that as I bought a lot of stuff, and this inability to correctly keep my membership active is VERY aggravating
. Help! Make me happy again!
