Devastating shot is suppose to change the Aim damage of the Operator from d4s to d6s. It is not making the adjustment and there is no way to change it manually change or edit this.
Thanks for reaching out about this and sorry for the trouble! We currently have a ticket open to look into why Devastating Aim is not adjusting the die size. I’ll pass this along to let the dev team know that folks are still asking about it.
