Yesterday I bought some Cyberpunk resources and at first they didnt show up. all the stuff I bought listed as me needing to pay 1 dollar to access… then I put a ticket in and 2 of the 3 things I bought showed up but the 3rd didnt and showed full purchase price. now today so I bought a couple other books because I was liking the system and figured support would get it fixed. but now all my purchase entitlements are gone and it wants me to pay full price again… help!
Just chiming in here to acknowledge that our support team should have reached out to you like we talked about. They might need some additional information because they mentioned they’re not seeing the double charge but working with them is definitely going to be the best way to get this fixed!
