Does anyone know if performance can be improved? Why would I pay for a service which takes literal minutes to load a single character sheet? Or is it something that only I experience?

Hit and miss. Sometimes it’s real smooth, others not so much. The slowest days seem to be when they’ve made major engine updates, FWIW.
I didn’t want to say anything in case it was my machine, but yes, I often find the character sheets very slow.
Yes, the few times I’ve been on its very slow and i constantly havevto redo characters I’m building.
