Charge ability: Can a firbolg Druid use his charge ability when in beastform?
Rune Ward: How this spell works? Do you use the spell just to create the ward, so you can use it while in beastform to reduce the damage? Or does the spell encompasses creating the ward and reducing the damage so you can’t reduce the damage while in beastform.
You cast Rune Ward on an object, while that object is in a person’s possession they can spend Hope to activate the protective ability of the spell. If another player had your Rune Warded object, they could certainly use it without issue.
“Though you can’t use your equipment or spells while transformed, you can still use other features or abilities your character has access to (such as using your Wildtouch class feature).” States that you could not use the the object’s protective feature if you were in possession of it during your transformation.
The aforementioned section also states you have access to any feature or ability you would normally have, so a Firbolg’s Charge ability is still available.
