I think this is unintended?
That second one seems to be from the War of Immortals playtest. I’ll double check with the team, but that may indeed be accidental, as I can’t spot a difference between the two.

Josh is correct. The War of Immortals playtest predates the release of Player Core, and included this spell for playtesting. Both versions are correctly included–however, you should only see one in the listing, typically. I have put in the fix for that, so now only the Player Core (official finalized version) appears unless you turn on the option to view legacy (replaced/updated) content.
