Errors to Iconic Items/Battle Suits

Hi, I’ve noticed some errors on an Iconic Item and some Battle Suits in the Avengers expansion. I don’t have a hard back book atm so I don’t know if the errors are in there as well, but they are here within Demiplane.

  1. Paladin’s Stun Gun has 2 powers and 2 restrictions, but the power value is 1. This would make his power value 0, but under the rules as written he should have 1 less restriction or 1 more power to make the power value correct at a minimum of 1.

  2. Doc Doom’s Armour has 9 powers and 2 restrictions - the power value should be 7 but it is currently showing as 8.

  3. Iron Man’s Standard Armour has 13 powers and 2 restrictions - the power value should be 11 but it is currently showing as 12.

  4. Iron Spider Armour has 9 powers and 2 restrictions - the power value should be 7 but it is currently showing as 8.

  5. Teen Immortus’ Armour has 14 powers and 2 restrictions - the power value should be 12 but it is currently showing as 11.

  6. War Machine’s Armour has 10 powers and 2 restrictions - the power value should be 8 but it is currently showing as 9.

  7. Whiplash’s Armour has 6 powers and 2 restrictions - the power value should be 4 but it is currently showing as 1.

All these errors are within the Chapter on New Rules for Battle Suits, and for Teen Immortus his character sheet also shows the error.

For Whiplash on his Character sheet the value is correct.

I will also post this to Marvel through their FAQ submission on the Marvel RPG Website when I can check it against the physical book.

Lastly, do I get a no prize for spotting this stuff? (maybe create a no prize badge!)

Thanks for catching this. I’m not sure if these are a case of a typo on our end or if we’re representing the content as it’s presented in the book. I’ve filed a ticket to investigate and see if it’s something we need to fix.

You might want to submit these to the official Marvel FAQ form since it appears that at least one of these matches what’s in Demiplane.
