Features of free vs. paid character builder

Hi everyone,
me and my group are considering switching to the Demiplane Daggerheart Character Builder and thus are currently trying out the free version.

So far I ran into two issues:

  1. I am able to access all level 2 domain powers, except for Codex and Splendor. Is this done on purpose, i. e., a limitation of the free version, or an oversight?

  2. As a School of Knowledge Wizard one gains the Adept feature (When you Utilize an Experience, you can mark a Stress instead of spending a Hope. If you do, double your Experience modifier for that roll.).
    How does this work in the charater sheet? If I click “1 Stress” and then the experience I wish to apply, the stress is marked on the stress tracker but the experience bonus is not doubled. The same result is achieved by doing it in reverse order. Am I missing something or are you supposed to manually double the experience bonus when using the Adept feature?

Thanks for giving the character builder a try!

This is currently a limitation of the free version, much of what’s free is tied to the pregens available in the Quick Start Adventure and none of them use the Codex or Splendor domains at this time.

As far as the second question goes, we’re not able to fully automate that process so yes, the intent is to manually double the experience bonus when using that feature.
