So, if I need to mark 4 Stress for something, does this come into play? Do I negate all 4 stress with one roll? Or do I make 4 separate rolls, one for each stress.

Edit to clarify, for example:
Unshakable: When you would mark a Stress, roll a d6 . On a result of 6, don’t mark it.

Battle Monster: When you make a successful attack against an adversary, you can mark 4 Stress to force the target to mark a number of Hit Points equal to the number of Hit Points you currently have marked instead of rolling for damage.

One roll to ignore all on a 6? Four rolls to ignore one for each 6? Or one roll to clear only one?

As DM I would have the player make one roll for all four. It’s Battle Monster using four stress that is triggering the Unshakable. Not one feature triggering four times that would trigger Unshakable four times.
