FIXED:Bug: Manage XP button

When the “Manage XP” line is pressed, it opens the “Conditions” sidebar instead of the ability to add/change XP.

Cool!. This seems to have been an easy fix. Worked for me now.

some display bug seems to come & go… I had the same after getting an error when pressing the condition & active effect… most buttons afterward gave me the condition & active effect popup…
