Is there a way to add subpages in the GM Journal?
It seems I can only edit the 2 subpages it creates by default but not add any?
I can only add “super events” which aren’t the same thing.

While we do not currently have a way to add pages or sub-pages, that is an idea that we really like and will look to see if that’s something we can add functionality for at some point in the future!

Concur. In the current format with the lack of ability to add/delete pages. It drives players/DMs to other products.
