My players roll by clicking on their character sheet, but as GM the villains are listed in one long list. Nothing is clickable - is there something I am missing? I am rolling actual dice, that they cannot see. It just seems odd to me.

We don’t currently have tools in place to support dice rolling on the GM’s side, but GM tools is something we plan on implementing in the future, and would likely include support for rolling dice for your villains. 
As a short-term solution, you could use the villains in the character tools, and roll dice on their character sheets as if they were NPCs or player characters.
