Has My Character Creator Gone Kaput?

I have made this complaint before, but I have new information on the topic.

The character creation system refuses to work well for me. The menu says I have used 10 character slots when I have 13 active characters. The descriptions for all options refuse to load under any circumstance. Trying to upload a picture as a character icon only results in an error message.

I have attempted this on both my laptop and desktop computers, with the Brave and Opera GX browsers, and Windows 11. Opening Demiplane on my iPad and iPhone worked for 10 minutes before automatically closing the site, claiming a potential breach of security. Whether or not my VPN was on made no difference to anything.

I am absolutely appalled that this is happening, considering the website has been completely reliable up until 3 days ago. I’m not trying to be too doom-and-gloom about it, but I am in serious need of answers.

Hey @orkdorkswithporkfork – this seems really odd and certainly not expected. If you could submit a support ticket @ http://support.demiplane.com/ it would be a big help for us to track what’s going on.

The ticket has been forwarded, and an update: these problems are only happening when there are multiple tabs on the Characters menu/creator. I don’t know the reason for this.
