ON the character sheets health and focus can only go to 0, they need to be able to go negative. So you are able to track how close to death or demoralized the character is.

Could I add a suggestion here as well? Would it be possible to increase the max health and focus on the character sheet for the energy absorption power? Thanks for consideration.

Hi there brantb, welcome to Demiplane!
Happy to share that you should be able to do this already. If you click on the āHealthā or āFocusā text on those boxes, itāll open up the sidebar. In there, you can hit the Settings Cogwheel in order to bring up the ability to customize your health and/or focus! Once you no longer need the temporary change, you can hit āresetā to go back to your normal maximum health or focus.
